Services & Programs

Taking a holistic approach to providing a centralized space for community services, the Economic Empowerment Center brings together vital resources in one central location for the Duluth area’s BIPOC community. We offer a wide range of services and support, from higher education to housing security, each designed to meet specific needs. We are people who have overcome our own obstacles, and now we want to pay it forward to spread the success.

Beyond just providing community services, we are committed to addressing cultural and economic barriers. We help individuals navigate complex challenges to build brighter futures for themselves and their families.
